Within the United States, we ship via USPS using First Class or Priority Mail. International orders will ship via USPS First Class International, or Priority International if the total weight exceeds 4 lbs. DHL and UPS shipping options are also available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of your order.

Your order will ship within 3 business days. Any current or upcoming shipping pauses will be announced on a notification bar at the top of the screen. Please take note of this while shopping.

Forest Girl Clothing is not responsible for customs fees associated with international shipping.

If a package goes missing during shipping, this falls under the responsibility of the postal carrier. Please use your tracking information to contact them regarding any missing packages.

Most of our orders are protected by Shipsurance for up to $200 insurance coverage. Here is the full list of coverage rules and exclusions. If your items do not arrive safely at the destination, we will work with you to file a claim if you are eligible.
